“Super easy check in and friendly attendant!”

“The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! ”

“Easy to access. ”

“A little dated but clean, descent breakfast, good coffee, and location. Comfortable bed, cold fridge, hot shower. And plenty of towels (rare these days).”

“The staff was friendly.. People just standing around outside... Alot of guest living there with people coming in and out.. Room was ok, had a moldly smell..had a refrigerator no microwave or coffee pot in room. Towels and sheets were clesn but dingy looking... The pool had kids in it with no adult supervision..”

“The room was clean and the halls were very quiet. The employees were respectful and nice all the time ”

“Stay was just fine. Only downfall was no biscuits & sausage gravy this stay. ”

“The kitchenette was amazing, I didn’t like they did not have a pool even though one was advertised before booking.”

“The staff checking in was great, the room looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, the AC in the living area did not get cool, it was hot as heck in that room, the freezer worked but the refrigerator did not get cold. The keurig did not shut off until the water was empty and overflowed the cup. The staff the following morning , she was very unprofessional, rude and snappy towards my children. ”
