“The front desk agent was so helpful with giving me a rundown of the hotel and location of everything. Also gave great local food recommendations. The hotel is very clean, nice pool, nice gym, and nice lobby!”

“The hotel was staff was amazing, they were always friendly and pleasant, and Haley asked where we were eating dinner and gave us discount coupons. The hotel was clean and quiet and they had complimentary coffee, lemon water, juice, cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again when we go back to the Columbus Zoo. ”

“We stay at this hotel when we visit our son. They have done a lot of recent renovations and it is really nice. They have a hot breakfast in the morning and the staff are very friendly. The room was spotless. The only improvements I would suggest: we booked an accessible room and the room we were given was spacious, but the bathroom was not accessible (too small for a walker or wheelchair and no handrails). Also the sign at the bottom of the driveway needs to be bigger. ”
