“Made an online reservation while driving back to WI from Ontario. Demetrius at the desk was friendly and helpful. We found the room spacious, clean and a fridge that actually worked. A bit of street noise but for the price, excellent. ”

“Nice place for the price. Pool is nice and staff is friendly. In the parking lot it has one huge pot hole by the sewer grate that needs fixed. Just be cautious. ”

“Room was clean; breakfast was good. Towels & coffee packets in room were limited for 3 people and kleenex box empty. Liked that there was a hot tub, but spa action was limited and water wasn't that hot. Pool area very noisy. Desk staff screwed up our bill and double charged for the room. Not inclined to return.”

“Hampton Inn is a great value! The property is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is great! The hotel is also conveniently located close to Birch Run and Frankenmuth. We did not bring our pups this time, but I also LOVE that they are a dog-friendly hotel! ”

“Whoever is cleaning during breakfast time should be a bit kinder to guests. I caught a lady rolling her eyes at a guest. ”

“The room was good. I have a problem with the maid staff knocking and almost entering the room and 9am. Then coming back at ten standing outside of door in twos. I felt a little pressured by then to leave. I thought check out time was 11am . Thank you. ”

“Staff was extremely nice to me. Nice and quiet. There are rarely any kinda loud issues around here and very affordable even with a kitchenette. ”
