“I booked my 1 bedroom not so cozy apt for on Saturday for Wednesday 4:00 -Friday 11, on the day of my trip I arrive at this area I’ve never been in before at 4 I texted my host for the code to the door she didn’t text me back so I called and she kept ignoring me I called an agent and documented everything via video. After almost an hour of waiting later she texted me that I have to wait two extra hours until I can enter the home because it’s not ready ”
