“The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are huge with enough room for a sofa in which to enjoy the views. The shower is fantastic with great water pressure! The signature scent of the shampoo, etc is amazing. The Falls buffet is superb! My only complaint would be the annoyingly loud “techno” music that is played in the, very nicely equipped fitness center. Even with my headphones I could hear the “music”. “The loft rooms were cozy, perfectly comfortable, had luxurious bedding, super soft robes, a Nespresso machine, fridge, and towel warming racks. Beds were on the firmer side, but the sheets were as soft as butter. Beautiful grounds. Store inside of the office has free & fresh coffee, tea, hot chocolate. They had beer/wine for purchase in the gift shop. Icing in the cake was that they had a cat who lives in the office!”
