“This is a gem for the price. We did not plan this stay ahead of time but rather booked the day of arrival based on reviews I read on the web and those reviews were very accurate - This place is an EXCELLENT place to stay and convenient right on Highway 1. The room was so spacious, quiet air conditioner, nice secluded room toward the back of the property, very clean and super comfy bed. “Our stay in Surry was fantastic! Alan was such an amazing, accommodating host with lists of great directions and recommendations. The cabin was clean and the piano was such a fun addition. We will definitely stay here again for visits up to the Maine coast. ”

“Poperty is very private in location and absolutely amazing. House was very clean and well equipped for all needs. We hosted a couple of dinners in the dinniing room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our lobster bake night and our italian night. We would highly recommend this poperty if you are looking for private and spacious home.”

“Stayed here unplanned after our car needed to go in unexpectedly and absolutely loved it! Adorable set up. The owner was incredibly nice, even helped us pick our car when it was ready. Staying with all the animals was so much fun. Hiking bald mountain was so cool, we got to ID some new lichen and mushrooms. P.S. the eggs are delicious and I think their horse just had a foal right before we left!?”
