“Property was clean and in go shape but Lesa was a desk clerk was rude and not very professional with me as a customer. I turned in a night which she said had to be ok'd by expedia which I called them they said they had to call her and she said we couldn't but they okayed it. It was as if after the call she had a problem with us and wouldn't give us a receipt or check us out of the room even thought we left because we had a situation in Florida.
