“West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool. Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast. Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again.”

“There were dirty towels from previous guests on back of bathroom door, carpets need a good scrubbing as well as air conditioner filter, cabinets, lights and corners of all areas. Enjoyed our stay and very pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality, Greg and Juanita from Orange, Texas.”

“It's a budget hotel, so there really is nothing exceptional about it. However, I sleep very good there and that is the most important thing to me. ”

“We chose this place 4th of July weekend. Not super fancy.So don’t expect it.It’s the upstairs ofA house. We don’t have many complaints,Carpets are a little dirty.Beds are older, pillows are old. Not many pots and pans to cook: No ice maker, oven door does not open due to wall being there.Overall was ok. We weren’t super picky.”

“Nice place on the river. Great views and outdoor space. Very clean. Address marker on the road would help. Can't see the turn in due to the slope and putting the address into Google maps doesn't get you to the right place. But owner was quickly responsive when we had trouble finding it.”
