“We loved that it's on Roy Lake. Enjoyed the sunset every evening. We cooked our own breakfast, had snacks on the deck, and enjoyed sitting outside as much as possible. The beds are comfortable. It's the perfect size for 2-4 people. The deck is GREAT!”

“House is located just outside Roy Lake state park with a nice view of the north boat ramp and swim beach. Location puts you within short drive to over 15 lakes with good to excellent fishing.House amenities allowed us to prepare meals, take care of laundry, park and service our boat, and relax.
