“When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?)……

“The lobby, room, and hallways were clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast was appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for the night I checked in. When arrived around midnight, after a seven hour drive, the woman at the front desk had an surly attitude that left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise, my stay was very good. ”

“酒店附近没有超市，但有快餐店，有车的话生活还是比较便利。没有早餐，停车很方便，房间内有冰箱和微波炉，但没有咖啡机和烧水壶。室内空间较大，但洗澡房较小。我们住了两天，但服务员没有每天进来清洁和收拾房间。”

“Overall clean & spacious. Bathroom door didn't want to stay on track. Originally placed at far end of 2nd floor with husband having back issues & needing to be near stairs because elevators compress his spine. Staff moved us, but at that point there were limited options. We had called ahead, they could've planned for him to have been on the 1st floor.”

“The hotel is right off the highway so you can hear the traffic and loud cars. It is not the fault of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing you may want to add is a hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner. ”

“It is clean, quiet. The only thing I do not like is that the rest room’s door cannot be closed.”
