“Staff was very nice. Room smelt a little musty but overall it was nice”

“We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious and very nice. The only complaints we have were that the shower curtain was disgustingly stained and should have just been thrown away and the bathtub faucet was leaking a steady stream, but when we talked to the front desk, she was very apologetic and contacted maintenance immediately and said she was going to immediately take care of the shower curtain as well. She seemed shocked that they weren't already aware of that and have it already taken……

“All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Main issues were lack of cleanliness in elevators and outside & the fact that staff smoked about 10 feet away from entrances.”
