“We stayed for our daughter’s 12th Birthday. Kate had the home decorated & stocked with goodies to celebrate. The home is beautiful, clean, and full of things to do inside & outdoors. Kate is a wonderful host and goes above & beyond! We can’t wait to stay again in the summertime! ”

“Loved this clean lake with more bird traffic than boats!!! Wished we didn't have to leave!! Being close to Eagle River with all the amenities was a bonus! ”

“The location is a perfect distance tucked back in the woods, but also just 15 min away from town. The cabin was cozy and just right for 2 adults. The ceiling in the loft is a bit low and the staircase is pretty narrow, so smaller people would be more comfortable. The wood burning stove to heat the house was a bit of a challenge to get going, but once we did, it made the cabin nice and toasty! We found that when the wood burning stove got going, we literally had hundreds of flies in the loft……

“Took a short trip with my mom and her pup to this wonderful location. The wildlife viewing opportunity in early summer is amazing from the dock. Every morining we woke up to the birds singing and fresh air. ”

“The cabin was perfect for our weekend stay. The location was nice. The cabin was secluded in the woods and was close to town. We even went ice fishing right off the property. It was easy to get ahold of the owner and the owner made sure we enjoyed our stay. As well, the check-in was easy. The only downside of the cabin was that there was items in the fridge, drawers, and around the cabin that made it seem like someone was living there. This gave us less room for our things. “This is our 7th year renting a house on the chain and this was by far the best yet! The size of the house, proximity to the lake, and entertaining space was fantastic! The ability to rent to pontoon was a plus. The only drawbacks were lack of ladder on the pier, lack of garbage can space for a large group and the house binder/info could be more robust or manager comms better. We would stay again anytime- thanks for a great week! ”

“We had a great time at this cabin. It was extremely clean and well cared for, we walked into the sweetest card and welcome gift, and the home was fully stocked with the things we needed for kitchen ware, bedding, extra toiletries, and even laundry supplies. We were impressed with the many seating options for dining, the thoughtful pamphlet detailing area attractions, places to eat, and emergency services, and appreciated the updated fire TV technology and stock of games for the rainy days we……
