“Good breakfast, clean room”

“It was a good one night stay and clean room”

“Very quick check in and out. Pool was warm, hittib was not in service. Sufficient selection at breakfast, there was oatmilk available. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator. Hotel was not busy, Thursday, on Memorial day weekend. The only negative was the heater in the bedroom was very noisy, and we are light sleepers. It was cold for May a extra blanket would have been nice. Great location. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Penn State. We stayed in the RV which had all the comforts of home-cozy chairs, a roomy dining area, and comfortable beds. We had a problem with the lock when we first arrived and the owner immediately replied to our query and fixed the issue. We appreciated the very reasonable price-particularly during a time when hotels in State College were asking for hundreds of dollars to a thousand dollars a night. We would……

“Adequate motel ”

“We stayed at this lovely property for a weekend visit to Penn State. The place is extremely clean with a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed having a backyard to hangout. We definitely will stay here again. ”

“We had a great time at this property. While about 35 minutes from Penn State it was still a good location to host people for a Penn State football weekend.”

“House was great! Lots of room...kitchen was nicely appointed...bedrooms are spacious. Can't wait for the theater room to be completed along with the golf simulator! Only gripe was that we confirmed firewood for the firepit, but that wasn't actually supplied. So we ended up buying and ferreting our own. Great house though! ”
