“Apartment as advertised.The only downside was that there was no message when we arrived to let us in (fortunately there were people on site to help us).On the ad it was stated that we were 4 but the apartment was ready for 2 people. But again, the people on site were very reactive.”

“Condo was spacious, well maintained, very clean, in a great location, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. Property actually had 2.5 bathrooms which was a nice surprise.Only issue we had was the garage code during check in, which was mentioned in other reviews so it may be helpful to update the check-in instructions to avoid confusion for future guests.”

“We had an excellent stay in this appartment. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Grocery store is very close. Downtown Coconut Grove is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Parking is gated, the elevator and property were very clean. The location is very convenient. We highly recommend it. ”

“The room is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and basic needs. Easy check-in/out process. Location in Coconut Grove is excellent to walk to all the nearby restaurants, stores, and marina. I had a car and didn't move it for the weekend.”

“All comms prior to our stay were great & guided us in until the day we arrived.The entrance to Arya was a lovely surprise more hotel than apartment block.The apartment itself was perfect for us from cleanliness, through to facilities & location. With the addition of a chilled bottle of wine & water we were super happy.The only issue we had was with WiFi connection for the TV which was porr & we kept losing signal”

“Our stay at the Arya condo was great. The location can’t be beat, the parking is easy, the check in process was a breeze, and the manager was great about communication. Our one issue was the tile floor was quite dirty and would leave the soles of your feet black if barefoot, but that was easily solved by wearing sandals around the u it. Definitely worth staying at the Arya!”
