“ I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation. They never offered to refund any part of my payment and or update the advertisement. A extra blanket in the room would be nice it is……

“Our check in was flawless. The host is very personable and invested in the comfort of our stay. The room was very quiet and clean. It even had an apartment sized refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the shower, hot. We will definitely stay again!”

“Smells of smoke. Unclean rooms, dirty beds, stained floors. Had to pay extra. First room i was assigned had a broken door that wouldnt latch shut. The door security chain was also broken. Upon asking for another room i was told the only available rooms were 15 dollars extra. It was the exact same sized room just on a different side of the building. Pretty sure it was a scam as the cashier pulled money put of his pocket to break my 20. He only took cash for this transaction. And only took cash……
