We were disappointed in the fact that both their restaurant and bar were closed for cleaning which we didn’t find out until we received a welcome text as we were driving to them. “Quand je suis arrivé à la réception il n’y avait personnes, seulement un numéro de téléphone pour assistance, j’appel et il me dise que l’hôtel est fermer depuis six mois alors que j’avais fais ma réservation deux mois au paravant avec Hotel.com. Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. J’attend mon remboursement et une compensation pour cette mauvaise expérience.”

“We stayed at the Bigfoot Chalet for a last-minute ski trip, and we had a wonderful stay. Home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Convenient to Killington - about a 25-30 min - and a lovely place to unwind at the end of a long day of skiing. We would love to return! ”
