“Very pleased with our stay. Considering a do over next year. Peacefull, serene and convenient location. The outdoor living area porch where you can hear the brook and read or nap a plus. Owner is quick to reply if questions arise. A very pleasant experience.”

“The house was beautiful. Very clean. Its an old home and really offered the comfortablè, family feel I was looking for. The mountain views along the main highway are amazing. I will say this; if you're into haunted houses this place definitely offers the spooky. We experienced several things that gave us the creeps, that to us, was very cool. Overall, the stay was 100%. Everything we needed was supplied. Specifics were labled. Plenty of room. Friendly animals. Will definitely try……

“The home is lovely and we enjoyed our visit to the Highlands area. Wifi information should be sent with the entrance code email. There was a roller off one of the dining room chairs and antlers off a skull plaque in bedroom when we arrived. Recommend covers over downstairs bathroom and bedroom windows and handrails on steps inside and outside for older people who rent. Hot water knob needs repair in small bathroom upstairs. Thank you fror a lovely stay.”

Our stay (3 friends) was comfortable in the apartment - whole place was clean; beds were comfortable; water pressure in the shower was good. It was a straightforward 5-minute drive to WCU.”

“The property and owner are top notch. The house was very clean and cozy . We had no issues.. I rented to the house for one of my employees who managed a business we purchased. He was there for two months and enjoyed the stay so much. He signed a one year lease. Doesn’t get much better than that.”
