“The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She even did a check-in courtesy call to make sure we were still staying before we checked in. The Red Roof Inn was nicely renovated and very clean. It was a 2 night stay and we asked housekeeping to refresh our room. They did an excellent job! The mattresses even bed bug protection liners. “The bad part is i made reservation an they didn't have my room for me and told me they didn't have one and when i showed them my reservation was made they put in in a room but told me they were going to move me to a different one so this was not good after your long trip so i didn't bring my bags up to the room, time went by an nothing so i went got my bags so that i could get showered and relaxed. “Decent for the price - beds comfortable, clean enough, smelled fine, doors secure, a/c worked well, amenities included as described, except there was no Wi-Fi. The sign in the office advertising the Wi-Fi networks and passwords were those of the neighboring hotels, and we never did get any of the passwords to work in spite repeated trips to the office. The smoke detector in one room was missing. There was a stain on one of the blankets.”
