“For the price this was a great place to stay. My room was very clean and so was the whole motel. If I end up in Springfield again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“Seems like a festive environment, guests having a joyful time in the lobby. Public restrooms were clean.i didn't use the pool but saw a family seeming to enjoy themselves. Parking was simple as was the checkin process. Establishment was easy to locate with Google maps.”

“Reservations through Expedia for 2 rooms, hotel at time of check-in said the reservation “came through” as only 1 room. How is that possible? Getting the second room cost more than Expedia original amount. Housekeeping staff left my room door ajar after cleaning the room. There was no staff on the floor at the time so it was not due to a staffer coming back in a few seconds with more towels or something. Totally unacceptable”

“I have mixed reviews based upon my initial check in. The person at the desk was super friendly and check in was quick. I checked into a room on the first floor and when I walked in, immediately I was hit with a mildew type smell that overpowered the room. I went back to the desk to let them know that I’d like a new room. The gentleman was nice about it, but he was not surprised by the request. I would think that guest services would have been a bit more shocked that their room smelled like……

“Okay for the price. Room cleanliness was on surface. Some areas, refrigerator door handle, tv remote, and office chair, felt sticky. Was unable to get captions on tv and am hearing impaired. Overall this was adequate for a place to sleep.”

“The staff was nice. The pool and hot tub were closed. There was no breakfast. The TV would glitch. No phone in room.”
