“We had a wonderful night. Good breakfast 😋 in the morning. A little snow overnight but hay its northern Michigan in February. 😃”

“The heat doesn’t blow very strong”

“Room was advertised as having a tub. There was no tub. The shower did not produce hot water, not even warm water. The shower was cold. After getting out of a cold shower I wanted to turn the heat on in the room, only to find the heater did not properly work either. Nor did the fan in the bathroom. There was a switch cover missing in the bathroom, which made wires exposed right next to the shower. The whole building was under construction which wasn’t advertised. It was a very disappointing……

“3rd time here, it's always great. The rooms are spectacular, and the facility is wonderful. Only downside is just 1 parking spot available per room - not good if you have visitors or a room full of adults.”

“While the hotel doesnt really have any amenities, it is clean, safe and the staff was very friendly. The one amenity the do have is a shuttle to the casino. It would be a quick walk but its great to have this option in the winter.we will definitely be back!”

“The resort was very accommodating. Our room had a lake view and we had easy access to the beach. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend and I will look to stay here on our next visit to Traverse City!”
