“Check in process was easy, staff was very pleasant. It was very clean, beds comfortable. My only thing was we stayed two nights and no one came in to freshen the room and give clean towels. I had to request them but the staff was very courteous. The Lodge was quiet and cozy. Conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Great place, beautiful and quiet. However, the management stated that there will be daily housekeeping and toss the towels that we want to replace on the floor, we did, but never got any housekeeping, nor towels. Then, to top it off, plumbing started to act up. Office was closed for the weekend, we called, messaged, no response. Plumbing, thank goodness, resolved itself by the morning though, because overwise it would've been a disaster. We left Sunday, and I was expecting to hear from the……

“We have been staying here for years. The best views of Beaver Lake and extremely peaceful and always very clean. Only suggestion is NEW MATTRESSES! My bed was hard and literally like sleeping on a board. My back and hips hurt all night and next day. Please invest in better more comfortable mattresses.”
