“The property was quite dated. When we booked, we didn't realize that the property was managed by Vacasa. They communicated through email. The instructions were sufficient, but it would have been nice to interact with a real person. The location was convenient, but the property was not very nice.”

“Very clean. Fantastic location. All the amenities you need. The shuttle service up to Beaver Creek was great. Close to grocery store and other needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! ”

“We will definitely book again - once we know our dates for next year. The place is a little dated and needs some minor repairs but we really liked it. The staff was super helpful we requested some additional pillows and a couple of humidifiers and they brought them over right away. ”

“You can ski right up to the garage door with this condo! The condo also has everything you need, plenty of pots and pans, utensils, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Many VRBOs only provide the bare minimum but this place has plenty of everything, including a large library of games to play. Excellent spot!”

“Definitely loved being so close to the east village base. However we weren’t able to access the ski lockers as there was fob access that we did not have. There were also several outlets that did not work and water pressure in the shower upstairs was poor. Would probably book again just for the convenience of location. ”

“Overall the stay was fine. The kitchen is not well provisioned and I tend to cook, even when vacationing, so that was frustrating. The real problem, and it may very well be one that future guests will not encounter at all, was that after a long day of work and driving there was no hot water. And I have two boys that we had just picked up from soccer practice before making the drive up. The problem wasn’t resolved until around noon on day two. Property management sent people out quickly but they……

“Very nice home. We enjoyed our stay. There were several things on the listing that could have been better represented (ceiling near bunkbed in upstairs bedroom making hard to get in and out, no fire extinguisher, no carbon monoxide/fire alarms).”

“This condo is a convenient 10 minute walk to gondola 1, excellent river walk access to the village for dinner in the evenings and the pool is heated to hot tub temperatures. Everything we needed was at the condo. Good communication with john for checkin”

“This property was a struggle to find and get into from the first. It was not listed that you have to carry your luggage and gear through three doors and up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.. in order to get to any amenities you have to go outside the building into the building next door. Theere was a coffee maker but no coffee pot and it took the rental company three days to get us a repalacwment so we had to get dressed and go out for coffee in the morning. ”
