“We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse Hotel in Richfield Springs with our family and our dog. The location was perfect for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and exploring Cooperstown—just a short, scenic drive away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We really appreciated the freedom to use the shared kitchen and loved helping ourselves to fresh coffee each morning. Sabina checked us in and was incredibly kind and helpful. “I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills. Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean.
