The deck was nice to sit and chat the neighborhood was friendly. The amenities were excellent, not too much, exactly what you would expect. Clean well kept and nicely run. “Great location, great new clean home right on the water next to a boat harbor and next to a sea food restaurant with outdoor bar . Only two things was it had a keurig coffee machine and they give you starter set for a regular coffee also master bathroom had no doors so that was a little awkward. Neither of these would stop me from renting this home again. ”
