“Thought this would be not great because prove was cheap… I was wrong. Plenty of space and very clean! On second night we pulled in and one minute later the front desk guy walked out fresh towels to my room! I had not asked for anything. Is everything perfect? No, but it’s very usable, very clean, and I didn’t feel unsafe. AC was in when we arrived, no issues with keeping it cool!! Shower has lots of room too!”

“Everything you could want in a home away from home, very comfortable and tidy”

“ Great house and location was perfect for us. Very open floor plan and more than enough room for 6 adults and 2 small children. Pool was fabulous!! Used it everyday. When we had an issue with the air conditioner the owners were very responsive and it was fixed within 2 hours. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Definitely would stay there again. ”

“We needed a rental property that would accommodate us for family in north port and for visiting a hospital in sarasota. This was the perfect fit. Great central location. Close to everything we needed. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to make you feel like home. Kyle is wonderful with keeping in touch and assisting with anything that you need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. You cannot go wrong……

“The villa was well-equipped and very clean. Beds and interior furniture were very comfortable. The view was peaceful, with lots of wildlife: birds, gators and deer. Only downside was exterior furniture overlooking the pool. Very cheap quality and uncomfortable.Also, not knowing the address until one hour before check-in made it difficult to forward mail. We ended up forwarding to a friend’s address instead. We thought this was an unnecessary inconvenience, given the fact that it was in a……
