“Everything about the stay was perfect! The location is right in the middle of town and close to a lot of fun restaurants and attractions l. It was really fun getting to tour the town and see a lot of beautiful places. The room was perfectly sized as well as quiet! The service was really appreciated as after a long day of traveling they were very accommodating to bring extra towels and pillows. Everything was extremely clean! “This gem is close to the Appalachian highway but nestled amongst trees shading the back deck. I woke to horses in the adjacent field whinnying. Beautiful kitchen. Nice open floor plan that opens to dining and living. Lovely rooms upstairs. The bed I slept in was quite comfy. The complex has a heated pool, a volleyball court, a fire pit, a basketball court, a tennis court, a horseshoe pit and a catch and release pond with gazebo. “Property was equipped with everything needed. Very quiet with a beautiful view of the river. Tiffany was the best host. Immediate replies to questions and even recommended florist to deliver flowers for my wife. Will definitely return.”

“12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. ”

“Very clean property and everything we needed was there. Very easy check in and out process. Convenient location to Blackwater Falls and cute shops, galleries, and eateries within a couple minutes. Grocery store and convenience store are close as well. We stayed with our two boys, two dogs, and in-laws. The space was cozy, but plenty of seating and space to separate when we needed it. I would recommend this location and would happily stay again.”
