“The lift broke down and my two children were trapped in the lift, which fell from the third floor to the first floor. Without an engineer, a resident helped, asking the staff to get the keys and help restart the elevator. Until the elevator restarted, the elevator went up to the third floor to the first floor again, the elevator doors opened, and no engineers came to the hotel. My children were crying and shaking, and no one asked if we were ok or hurt. I went to the front desk and asked them……

“If you are in Park City for SKIING, this is the place to be. Rustic, cheap, hundred yards from the base at Park City. Highly recommend. ”

“This place was a classic hostel. A little rough and ready, but the staff was friendly and helpful, the people were fun and social, and it was easy to get downtown or to the slopes. Rooms were good enough for the price, and though bathrooms are not en-suite I never had trouble getting to use one. The common area was fun with a pool table and many board games that many people were eager to play. You meet people from everywhere here!”

“We had a great stay in a newly renovated 1 bedroom unit. We had friends in other units and all said this one was most up to date. Large bathroom, kitchen counter for 6 and a laundry in unit. All a must for a great ski vacation. The owner of the unit was very accommodating and also stayed in touch during our stay. Location of this unit is very close to the outdoor pool/hot tub which is great. Can't recommend enough! Also Westgate has great amenities with multiple pools, arcade, spa, boot locker,……
