“I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. Everything in the house is brand new!! It is beautiful and it was super clean. The host went above and beyond with communication to make sure that we knew where everything was and how to use the pull out bed in the living room.
