“The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She even did a check-in courtesy call to make sure we were still staying before we checked in. The Red Roof Inn was nicely renovated and very clean. It was a 2 night stay and we asked housekeeping to refresh our room. They did an excellent job! The mattresses even bed bug protection liners. Never saw a single bug in our room. At larger corporate hotels, I’ve seen ants and roaches. At this Red Roof Inn; not a one was seen in our……

“The staff was outstanding. Kaylissa, Sabrina, and Vince were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for whatever need or question we had. We felt safe, as we were three ladies in a new city. Our room was clean with lots of hot water! The breakfast was great. We were in Waco for my son’s wedding and our stay at Best Western Plus was perfect. Close to the venue and the reception location. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!”
