“The hotel have cookie and fruit all day。”

“The location is excellent if you have a room on the beach, which we didn't have. We inquired whether we could upgrade to a beachfront room, and the person at the desk told us to call Expedia, which I didn't feel like doing. The service and the room decor is a little unipersonal, which is good to an extent, but I think it could have felt more welcoming. The only decoration in the room is a cute little vintage car, which was nice and a turntable with a few albums, which I didn't find that useful……

“Hyannis Travel Inn, MA This place was wonderful. The best thing about it was the staff. They will go out of their way to help you plan your stay. They have numerous recommendations across the entire Cape area for everything from food to shopping to activities. They know all about all the events going on, are super friendly and very helpful. “Room was very cold, had to call for assistance to get heat working in the room for winter stay. Remote very complicated. Took a long time for room to finally heat up.”

“We had a great stay , nothings perfect but they do a great job overall. Some of these reviews can't be accurate. The cleaning manager stopped what he was doing and apologized to us for vacuuming , because some of the guest are clearly dramatic ! The front desk checked us in earlier than technically they even had to which we appreciated very much. We clean our room, are considerate of other guest and even take out our own trash but that's just us. Maybe if guest that stay there take into……
