“Exterior of property, particularly entrance, needs some cleaning up or refurbishing. Didn’t realize the hotel was an “ on your own”, meaning you check in, out, no service whatever. This is not clear in the ad. A bit of a dormitory feel than a hotel.”

“We enjoyed a comfortable week overlooking the salt marsh on Lady’s Island between Beaufort and St. Helena Island, which was the perfect spot for day trips to Hunting Island State Park, Savannah, and local parks for walks and birding (we identified over 50 species of birds during the week!), as well as learning about the rich culture and history of the area. The house was spacious and comfortable for our multigenerational group, the kitchen well-equipped for preparing meals, games were available……

The best part is that it was so close to the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the sound of the waves from the living room and master bedroom and the deck was the perfect place to watch the dolphins and pelicans. ”
