“Room 102 is very bad room between public restrooms and electrical room . And under outside window has an air conditioner machine whole nights running ! Terrible noisy ! A fat and lazy white lady at the front desk told me impatiently that there were no rooms to change, even though many people came to check in very late at night! This level of service really affects the image of the hotel!never will come back ! ”

“We had a traveler who needed a first floor room or access to an elevator. I forgot to include it with my reservation. When we got there, we had a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I was going to have to make reservations elsewhere and not use my (non-refundable) reservation there. The staff was able to contact another room and upgrade them in order to give us the first floor room. I was very grateful to him for his quick thinking and kindness.”

“Property was clean bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Finishes were a bit run down, bathroom sink was cracked and no elevator so you have to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor.”

“Considering this place was almost 1/3 the price of everywhere else we saw available at the last minute, we kind of expected worse. But we just needed a place to crash due to horrible construction delays preventing us from reaching out destination before night-blindbess set in, and it ended up being totally fine. Nice digital keypad locks, and it worked out great for us that we had a king bed plus a full bed in a separate attached bedroom, both with ceiling fans. The mattresses weren't very comfy……

“We enjoyed the location, quiet neighborhood and easy access. Keyless entry was very secure, safe and easy to use and manage. Communication with the property manager was excellent and they were quick to respond and very helpful. To extend our stay was a hassle but they were easy to work with and gave us no doubt that they would make it work and they did. We will definitely stay here again ”
