“This house was perfect for all my family. Plenty of space for eating and entertaining, and we loved that we had the perfect beach to play at right in the back yard!”

“Property as described except dishes and cooking appliances were dirty, had to wash anything we used before hand. Empty water bottles under beds even found a slice of bread under a bed, location ok, hot tub was nice, just not very clean overall could use some updating”

“This property is very simple but has everything our family needed for a mountain bike race weekend. The place was clean and inviting. The kitchen is simple but perfect for quick meals that don’t require a stove/oven. The bunk bedroom was spacious and all the kids slept great. The access to both Garden City and Beaver Mountain resort was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. Would definitely book again in the future. ”

“Perfect location for our needs. Stayed in Garden City to compete in the Bear Lake Trifecta. Came up 4 days earlier to enjoy what the area had to offer. We brought a trailer filled with our favorite things of motorcycle, kayaks, and golf clubs. Was able to spend 2 mornings golfing at Bear Lake Golf Resort, 2 afternoon/ evenings kayaking the south end of the lake and used the motorcycle to get around town, to and from the races and also took a trip on the scenic bypass to Logan. “Great place for any family vacation”

“The Property was easily able to accommodate 16 people. It was clean and the property owners were very friendly and helpful. Some of the guys also enjoyed the river and caught some fish. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back next year!”
