Close to all the shops in Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. Great customer service in front desk and housekeeping. I recommend this hotel and I’m planning to stay there again soon ”

“The air conditioner was old and made a lot of noise but still worked. The blanket and sheets had stains but were clean but still bothered me. The pillows were flat but luckily, I brought my own. We only stayed for one night so we could see my daughter graduate from college. The beds were comfortable and worked for the night. For the price it wasn't bad.”

“Views are stunning, pool and hot tub stunning, relaxing and quiet location, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast adequate. However walls paper thin in and could hear neighbours conversations.. but staff moved our room without hesitation .. thank you for a nice stay ”

“Everything about this property was perfect. The scenic view from our room was beautiful. The room was modern and in excellent condition. We booked our stay for a family wedding in a venue in the nearby town of Jordanville, and it was a convenient distance while allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Cooperstown. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we asked for suggestions of places to eat the recommendations by the front desk staff were perfect. The little beach area with chairs was appreciated……

“Note: We stayed during Cooperstown's off, off season. Review: We were there for a conference at The Otsaga Hotel. We wanted something a little more cost effective. This lovely little hotel is rustic, but clean. We had hot water, heat, and THE ENTIRE PLACE to ourselves. Talk about peaceful! The proprietor was helpful, answered her phone, and this place is only a 14 minute drive to Cooperstown. ”
