Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...”

“They were under major renovations, they need to get the elevator serviced, had to get your breakfast & take it back to your room, had some homeless people try to bother the guests, but the staff was great & got them to leave”
