Enjoyed the nice hot tub and walking distance to Main Street and coffee places. Will definitely be back and may bring our little kids next time as cute upstairs area for them and house located on a quiet cul de sac. Even saw some deer and a three legged cat greeted us and our dog when we arrived. Also great fully fenced backyard for our dog. ”

“We had a w9nderful stay in the Original House. A very cute and cozy room with kitchenette supplied with all we needed including coffee, juice, a cool wine bottle opener. Tge bathroom was very nice with 2 sinks and great shower. Even an heated eye mask and chocolates on the bed. Stacey was a perfect host, bright us a nice sound machine and introduced us to Cali the resident kitty. We were so excited to find out the Christmas parade was on the same nite we were there and passed right by our front……

“We absolutely loved everything about this property. Only one mile from downtown Fredericksburg but you feel like you are way out in the country. We loved the sheep and roosters, plus we heard cows mooing in the distance. Loved the porch swing and the hot tub. We will definitely be back. ”

“This house was wonderful. Perfect for our mother/daughter trip with friends. The host literally had thought of every little thing you could possibly need. The house was very clean, beds were super comfy and check out was easy! I contacted the owner about needing a new propane tank for the fire pit and he answered within minutes. House is only a 2 min drive to Main Street and about 10 min to wineries. Main Street and restaurants are within walking distance but we chose to drive because it was hot……
