“We were met with a light hearted, funny and professional front desk clerk by the name of Keyona. The room was clean and cozy. Great lobby and bar atmosphere. We did have an issue that was immediately handled with empathy and courtesy after speaking to the manager Calvin. A customer service. We will be back ”

“The staff are fantastic and care about their guests’ experiences. I am recovering from knee surgery and needed a shower chair, which the hotel was able to provide for me. It was already set up in our room when we arrived. I appreciated this very much! The hotel is very clean and well kept. The spa is wonderful and so are the restaurants and bar attached to the hotel. Convenient for lots of shopping as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”
