“I was looking for an inexpensive, no frills, clean room in a safe neighborhood. That's exactly what I got. Everything was clean and well maintained, although interior hallway lighting was a bit dim. The staff was very friendly. This is a neighborhood of motels with a selection of take out and eat in restaurants within a block of the motel. The north side of the building is amazingly quiet in the evening considering how close it is to a street. I don't know about the side of the building……

“This is a modest motel with much to be modest about, but certainly nothing to be embarrassed about. Although the furniture in the room was a bit eclectic, everything was clean and functional. Check in was quick and efficient. The attached Mexican restaurant seems to have quite a local following. Several other dining options and some shopping is all within walking distance. ”

“It appeared to be a slow weekend at the hotel as we did not see many other guests. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Standard breakfast was included.”

“Caring ”

“Not the fanciest place but it was clean. They could use some new carpet. The beds were very soft. But sheets were nice and not too stiff (like some motels are) a plug on the outside to plug our EV in would have been nice but it’s all good. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Overall not too bad of a stay, for the price. Staff was very kind!”

“Wonderful time with grandson's ISU graduation and family Christmas. Perfect place for our large group. ”
