“We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful……

“We had a great stay! Loved the deck, we spent a lot of time out there. Very nice view. The inside was spacious and beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone to gather for games and dinner or have their space to relax. Would stay again! ”

“The property was pet-friendly, and even had some toys for the dogs to play with. It was very neat and well laid out for the size, which made it very comfortable. We did use the grill once, which was a nice option. It could use another chair on the back deck, but I understand space is limited. I tried contacting the host directly to confirm a couple of things, but we were able to figure out what we needed to get in and situated. It was off the main path, but not too far, which we enjoyed. “This house was perfect for our visit. Right next to the boat ramp, area to park the boat over night and ample parking. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space to relax after a long day on the water. ”

“Keith and Shari are PHENOMENAL hosts! They are beyond accommodating and also gave tips for hikes and great food. My kids LOVED it there - especially the porch kitties! Breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccable with wonderful touches...I could go on and on. The kids asked if we could stay there again, so you know that's a huge win! And I agree! We will definitely stay again!”
