“This was a perfect location for Old Town in every way. Beneath us was a coffee shop. We had an oversized garage where we easily fit a Yukon. For out-of-towners, this location is an easy 10 minute walk from New Belgium Brewing and just off Old Town Square. It would be hard to find a property more “in the heart of Old Town.” The property itself was fantastic. “How do you build more units than parking spaces. Several days I spent circling the complex waiting for a space to open on public parking. I received a space that was full both days I tried to park and then was told it was a mistake. Will not stay again ”
