“It was a very good stay”

“Stay was good. We came for a hockey tournament and there was also another team there as well. The rooms were clean, the pool area was nice. Only complaint is there was never any pool towels in the pool room Friday night or Saturday evening.. another family had asked about pool towels and they said they were out because it was booked full. A couple families had said they'd have 4 guest in rooms and were only given two towels in room.. ”

“Room was very pleasant and clean, bathroom was exceptionally clean. TV control was easy to use. Breakfast/Brunch was a disappointment.”

“Easy self check in through the app. They had our room keys ready and waiting for us even tho we had a super late check in. Room was fine. Everyone has their personal preference with mattress firmness but I found the bed a little hard. Adequate closet space. Good coffee in the room! They do not restock coffee pods or towels so you have to ask for extras at the front desk. The mini breakfast in the lobby was nice with fresh fruit options. Would stay here again!”

“Easy, walkable access to downtown. Great value for the location and quality of the hotel.”

“Poor Wi-Fi service. Stayed 2 night, no Wi-Fi can be used at all even I was told it will be fixed shortly while I check in. ”

“I did a late check in because I needed a place to sleep. I think I was there less than 12 hours. I watched tv, fell asleep, and left. The female staff there was really nice. I forgot my food in the fridge. I came back about 20 minutes later to retrieve it. It was still there. Thanking TMH for that and the nice desk clerk who let me go in the room to get it. ”
