“The home was neat/clean and definitely had the lake vibe. The blue under counter lights in the kitchen were awesome. This home would be great for a family. The owners thought of every detail from coffee/tea to games. The location was easy to visit both downtown Lake Placid and downtown Sebring. The welcome notebook was helpful. It was a perfect Getaway!”

“This villa was very comfortable, clean, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The villa had some updating, but there were a few things still dated (the washer/dryer in plain view in the dining room is just as it appears in the listing). Our only issue was a dishwasher that wasn't working and a back door lock that needed to be adjusted as it was hard to lock. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. ”
