“When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?)……

When arrived around midnight, after a seven hour drive, the woman at the front desk had an surly attitude that left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise, my stay was very good. ”
