“After we unpacked in our room, we found that the TV remote wouldn't work. Given another room. The overhead light above the sink did not work. We found that leaving the bathroom light on and keeping door open allowed us enough light to get ready in the morning. The young man at the desk was helpful and the room was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was excellent.”

“My in-laws booked a room months in advance due to my father in-law needing a handicap room. We were called and said the people in the room extended their stay and now no handicap room was available. My in-laws needed a room like that. We were very upset. We did not like that it was an extended stay and no breakfast or other things like that. It was easy to get to from HWY and was in a good safe area. ”
