“My family and I had a blast. Been visiting SML for 12 years and this home is one of our favorites. The home had plenty of room, many activities at the home, very clean and comfortable. ”

“Our family had never been to Smith Mountain Lake VA and chose to come last minute because our planned trip to the NC mountains was canceled due to the hurricane. This house was PERFECT for our multi generational family from age 2 to 81! The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and so very comfortable. The kitchen was an amazing gathering space and very well stocked. Living areas are super comfortable for people of all ages. We rented a boat from the marina and played putt putt and had ice cream……

“This home served as our home base for our family to meet from VA, PA, and NC. It met all of our needs and was very welcoming and clean inside. Plenty of room. We enjoyed the dock in a quiet inlet. We rented a pontoon and picked the family up at the dock. It was very convenient. Food shopping is close by. We used the fire pit that overlooked the lake. Wonderful. We look forward to returning.”

“ First and foremost, the location is truly beautiful and picturesque, situated approximately 100 feet from the dock, which does require a short walk. The house itself was clean and well-equipped with sufficient amenities for guests. However, I encountered some discrepancies regarding the check-in process. The information provided in the listing indicated that a physical key would be available in a lockbox; however, I discovered that entry is actually via a touchpad. This led to some confusion……

“Our family loved this home so much. Very clean, great signage and thoughtful personal touches throughout. The gravel path to lake was quite steep so beware. Unfortunately had some stink bug issues in the master bathroom, but .. the amount of fun with the dart board, dock and hot tub made it worth jt! We would return”

“It's a nice townhouse on the lake, can't really complain much about that. A few things to note. The downstairs bedroom is really cold (winter season of course) so you must be willing to keep a fire going if you want to stay down there. Also, the two queen beds felt more like full size beds to my wife and I. Smith Mountain Lake is a beautiful area, but be warned to get in out of of the area to other locations you will need to travel 15 minutes on very winding roads. And finally, there was a lack……

“Couldn’t be happier with our stay. There were two of us in town to fish. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The beds are so comfortable. Honestly don’t know the last time I slept that well. My buddy who stayed there said the same. Having the dock/electric was great. Everything was very nice. Jackie and Eric are both super friendly and helpful. The binder they put together is impressive and helpful. Great location. 10 minutes from the grocery store and some excellent test. No……

“The property was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen a dream and well equipped Plenty to keep 7 children entertained and happy. Adults were very comfortable - able to stay together or in groups in different rooms. Host rapidly responded to all inquiries.”
