“Great location”

“This is a very nicely maintained hotel. Not everything was brand new, but everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and clean. The refrigerator, microwave and morning breakfast were appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located and had ample parking. It was a very comfortable stay and I would consider it a good value for the price. I would be happy to stay here again.”

“The breakfast was very good and a wide variety. The room was nice but had a musty smell and the toilet had a hard time flushing. We would recommend this place and would stay here again. The staff was very friendly. ”

“Nice, clean has everything you need for your stay. Kitchenette is nice if you dont want to go out, grills to use and a nice fire pit to enjoy the evening. Owner is a great guy even gave us some insider fishing information! Definitely will be back, hopefully with our whole family.”

“Love the cabin feel of the motel. Only thing I noticed was you could really hear everything going on in the neighboring room. Wakes must be very thin but there really isn’t much you can do with that now except a remodel. I would definitely stay again, place was great”

“The apartment was perfect for my stay in Decorah. It was -10 degrees and I was so cozy and warm with the radiator heat. The space is cute, convenient walking to restaurants, shops, and food coop and grocery store. The owner I met is super friendly and you can tell she has a flair for mid-century interior decorating and design. Highly recommended!”
