“Hotel staff was friendly any time we walked through the lobby. Easy check in. Several places to eat within walking distance. Only concern is how does someone in a wheelchair reach the detachable shower head if they live independently. ”

“The room was seriously lacking in many things we take for granted: no coffee pot, no facial tissues, electric lamps did not work, furniture was old and shabby . . . just not up to a 5 star experience in any way except the staff. Those I met seemed genuinely concerned, but unable to make any real changes. Housecleaning staff needs to be fired and new ones hired . . . which I understand for all service industries today . . . that is a real challenge.”
