“The staff was very friendly. We arrived the morning of check in and actually worked hard in getting us in a room early. Our room was spacious and clean. We had plenty of linen and bathroom items. 24 hour use of microwave, ice, vending machine and laundry. Nice clean well working mini fridge. We had a great experience and definitely would choose them again. Thank you for the great service. ”

Let me not forget to mention the rooms are cozy, impeccable and lovely decorated by Ginny who is true artist. I do plan on visiting this area of the Adirondacks again and the Balsams will be base camp when exploring this beautiful area. ”
