“This historic Inn is lovely, very well appointed & restored accommodations. Excellent service, beautiful upgrade to the property a few years ago. It’s a really quirky and interesting little town with areas of interest to explore, if you stay here, definitely take the time to walk across the bridge it’s a beautiful view. That being said there aren’t really any restaurant options that then other than the hotel but they’re closed during the week in the off-season. The town itself is really unusual……

“We had a wonderful stay at The Black Sands Inn. The property's direct access to the beautiful beach was a huge plus, offering stunning views and perfect opportunities for tide pooling and beachcombing. The hot tub was a definite highlight—it was incredibly clean and relaxing with its great views, strong jets, and comfortable seats. We also appreciated the convenience of having several good restaurants located nearby. We are hoping to stay longer next time to explore more.”

“The property was amazing. Beautiful house and amazing location. The house hand plenty of space. Kitchen was great with plenty of kitchen supplies. The view is great even with the fog. The only down side is the hot tub did not work during our stay. The owner was having it looked at once we left. The owner was very quick to respond and very friendly. ”

“This was a great landing spot after spending 3 days hiking the Lost Coast Trail. The views and deck were excellent and the hot tub was great for our achy legs. ”

“My bestie and I came gor the first few days then my daughter and her family joined us for the holiday weekend. I dont even know where to begin. The house and property are more beautiful than the pictures that are on line. The town is amazing and friendly. The little bistro coffee shop has amazing food. Back to the house. So welcoming and comfortable. Each room of the house has its own personality. The zen/yoga room was a great place to unwind and stretch. The hot tub was perfect after a long day……
