“Clean rooms. Beds were worn out and uncomfortable. We sank to the middle. Staff friendly. Food warm at best. ”

“Room 241. I had to turn the thermostat up to 80 just to get the room up to 74.The toilet was loose on the floor. The toilet flush valve keep sticking in the off position so the bowl would not fill up. ”
